Bloodborne Pathogens Training
If you are a student, or if you have never had bloodborne pathogens training, contact the Biosafety Office at 293-7157 or Environmental Health & Safety at 293-3792.
If you have previously had bloodborne pathogens training, an annual refresher course is available as an online quiz IBC Course Materials and Quiz Access. You should take the refresher course between 8 am to 4 pm, so that any questions or concerns can be addressed by contacting the Biosafety Office at 293-7157. OSHA requires that you complete bloodborne pathogen training annually.

Alternative Training
We accept any other OSHA-compliance courses as substitutes. If you are taking a course elsewhere (for example through your department, UHA or WVUH) then you do not have to complete this course.
